Title insurance, escrow and settlement services are a crucial part of a real estate transaction. As PRIMARQ we understand the role you play and the need for efficiency in consummating transactions. We enable new equity through investors in the purchase or refinance of property and recognize that such equity investment needs to be documented and deployed concurrent with the rest of the transaction. We have a limited number of transaction structures and standard documents, which should facilitate the closing of the transaction.

  • What can I anticipate in doing a PRIMARQ transaction?
    On a purchase transaction, PRIMARQ will work closely with you to provide the investor proper documentation and disclosure for review as well as provide a copy to you for the escrow. The documentation from transaction to transaction will be consistent, as we have proprietary standard structures and documentation. Generally, we will provide a small number of documents: PRIMARQ equity sharing agreement, a disclosure statement, accreditation confirmation, and title details for inclusion in the closing process. We anticipate those documents will be available simultaneously with the mortgage lenders documents.
  • Are real estate agents or lenders able to search for me, or contact me, through the PRIMARQ site?
    Yes. If you are registered as a PRIMARQ-trained title insurer, then agents and lenders on the PRIMARQ site can find you.
  • May I seek business leads on PRIMARQ?
    If you want to cultivate leads on the PRIMARQ website then we suggest you:
    • Become a valued contributor on the various discussion boards and forums
    • Become a PRIMARQ-trained title insurer so that your credentials and capabilities are visible to our members
    You may not “scrape” the site in an attempt to build a contact or prospect list. It would be a violation of our Terms of Use and subject you to being banned from the site.
  • Do I need to register with PRIMARQ?
    Yes, you will need to register with PRIMARQ. You will also need to be educated about how PRIMARQ works by participating in a webinar specifically created to train you in how to benefit yourself and your clients through PRIMARQ’s products and services. Time will be allotted for questions and answers so that you will have confidence in how to use PRIMARQ’s services for your given situation. As a PRIMARQ-trained title insurer, you will be given access to dedicated email, live chat, and phone services so that you will have answers whenever you need them
  • Does PRIMARQ have formal relationships with any title company?
    PRIMARQ intends to develop relationships with selected title companies to insure both understanding of the PRIMARQ equity sharing transactions, as well as build certain channels of business development.
  • If I’m not employed by or associated with one of these title companies, does this preclude me from working with PRIMARQ?
    No, you may work with PRIMARQ as an individual title insurer so long as you complete the PRIMARQ
  • Will PRIMARQ provide me with literature regarding co-ownership to share with my clients?
    Yes, when the PRIMARQ Exchange opens, we will provide collateral material that can be sent to your office or accessed online. Further, we will provide you contact information so both you and your client can speak directly with one of our customer service representatives.
  • Who pays the title company fees - the buyer/owner or investor?
    Those fees not paid by the seller of the property will be paid for by the buyer/owner since they are the recipient of the funds.
