Steve has consistently applied deep knowledge in corporate finance and capital markets to innovation at the leading edge of financial technologies and the crowd. In founding Off Road Capital back in 1999, Steve was the first to create a web-based platform that gathered accredited investors in a private capital marketplace for unregistered securities, enabling emerging growth companies to raise up to $15M in equity funding. Crowdfunding before the term became known. Now he leads Primarq in addition to steering the evolution of crowd capital as an Executive Committee/Board member of CrowdFunding Intermediary Regulatory Advocates (CFIRA) and CrowdFunding Professional Association (CFPA).

Yaniv Gelnik

Yaniv has served in leadership, execution and advisory roles across many industries and geographies, including real estate finance & development, social impact investing, and strategy consulting to leadership at Fortune 10 firms. Yaniv has also served on a number of investment committees and advisory boards, and regularly works with early stage companies to build or improve their strategic and financial operating models.  Yaniv holds a triple BA with honors from Brown University, and is currently pursuing an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Expert at creating compelling identities and communication strategies that align with emerging memes and move people and processes towards more sustainable outcomes.

Hugo Delgado
Managing Director, Structured Products and Investments

Hugo is an experienced, quantitative financial analyst and executive who has served in leadership and advisory roles for firms in Insurance, Investment Banking, Renewable Energy, and Structured Products. Hugo holds several provisional patents for credit and insurance derivatives and has worked with early stage companies to create value and hone financial models in the context of emerging technologies.

Steve Harshbarger
Chief Technology Advisor

Steve brings broad technology, finance, design and leadership experience to PRIMARQ. As CTO at 10th Magnitude, he leads a team of experts at cloud-based software development, pioneering the “custom SaaS” model for rapidly designing, building and operating custom applications. In previous positions, including leading the San Francisco division of Plural, he delivered custom solutions to Charles Schwab, NASDAQ, Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, Microsoft, leading hedge funds and REITs. Steve is a recognized markets and technology industry expert, author, speaker and thought leader. He holds a B.S. in Accounting Information Systems, cum laude, from Virginia Tech, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
